Haoshih Cafe Return & Exchange Policy

► Haoshih Cafe offers an exchange service for defective products
If you receive a product with defects (e.g., damaged packaging, scratches, or severe damage to the packaging during transportation), please submit an exchange request within seven days from the date of delivery. The exchange is limited to products of the same value. Please fill out the exchange request form, and we will assist you promptly.

► Exchanges are not accepted after the deadline
If there are no special reasons or prior notice, products received after seven days cannot be exchanged for defects. We appreciate your understanding.

► Exchange Conditions
